Important: This abatement model is not DOP tested and is not supplied as a BS 8520-3 certified asbestos vacuum. For asbestos work, use our certified model: High Capacity Type-H Asbestos Vacuum. You can also browse the full range here: Type-H Abatement & Asbestos Vacuums.
High Capacity Type-H Abatement Vacuum
The Atrix High Capacity Type-H Abatement Vacuum is designed for hazardous fine dust clean-up where asbestos certification is not required. It’s a practical choice when you need high-grade filtration, a larger high-capacity format, and better handling around site.
This model is supplied with ULPA filtration and includes a useful set of accessories and plugs to support safer transport and containment workflows. If your task involves asbestos fibres (or you need a certified Type-H asbestos vac), use the certified version linked above.
Best for
- Hazardous fine dust clean-up (non-asbestos applications)
- General abatement tasks requiring high-grade filtration
- Mould remediation / spore clean-up (site procedures dependent)
- Lead dust / renovation dust control (site procedures dependent)
- Facilities and contractor clean-ups where portability and containment matter
Practical site handling
Mobile high-capacity format
Larger capacity design for heavier-duty clean-ups where a compact “toolbox” vacuum isn’t ideal.
Freewheeling canister base
Designed to move more easily around site and reduce manual handling during set-up and clean-down.
Sealing lid & plugs
Includes plugs and sealing components to support safer transport and storage when working in controlled clean-up procedures.
Clear hose for visibility
The clear hose helps you identify blockages quickly — useful when maintaining airflow during fine dust collection.
Available in 230v or 110v
230v: standard UK mains voltage for normal sockets.
110v: site safety voltage, commonly required on construction sites using transformers.
