We now offer FREE delivery on:

- ✓ Orders over £200 (filters, accessories, and mixed orders)
Your vacuum or qualifying order will be shipped via courier with full tracking
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2 working days although many orders will be processed and dispatched sooner. We will notify you when your order has been dispatched, and if goods cannot be dispatched within a reasonable time we will email you to advise you of this and offer the choice of continuing, cancelling or part-shipping the order
We will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver your goods within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If you do not receive your goods within the stated delivery period please contact us. Any damages should be advised to us within 24 hours of receipt
UK Shipping
FREE Delivery (Vacuums & Orders £200+)
All vacuum purchases and orders over £200 qualify for FREE UK mainland delivery via courier
- Fully tracked service with next-day delivery (after despatch)
- Type-H asbestos vacuums: tested to order (1 working day), then despatched
- Most orders arrive within 2-3 working days from order placement
Standard Delivery (Orders Under £200)
For orders under £200 that don't include a vacuum cleaner, shipping costs are calculated on the total weight of your order
UK delivery is by the customer's choice, depending on weight:
- Royal Mail First Class: £5.29 - £7.65 (aim to deliver within 1-2 working days)
- Courier Delivery (usually DHL): £10.95 (next day delivery)
Important: We recommend that customers select Courier delivery on all orders as these can be tracked and replaced or re-sent if they do not arrive at their destination. Items sent with no tracking (Royal Mail First Class) are done so at the customer's risk and will not be replaced or re-sent if they do not arrive at their destination
Delivery Surcharges
Some UK areas incur slightly higher delivery charges when delivering via courier:
- Scottish Highlands & Islands: £15.95
- Northern Ireland: £15.95
- Offshore Islands (Channel Islands, Isle of Man, etc.): £24.95
International Shipping
We ship Atrix vacuums and accessories worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated on the total weight of your order and are despatched via Courier Delivery
Courier Delivery is usually despatched for delivery in 2-5 working days depending on your location
We will need to obtain a customised shipping quotation which will be added to the order manually with the customer's agreement prior to payment. If you would like to know how much an order will cost to ship prior to ordering, please contact us for a price
International Order Process
All orders to be shipped outside of the UK will be subject to the following order process:
- Customer places order on the website
- Shipping quotation is obtained
- Customer approves the shipping cost
- Pro-forma invoice sent to customer for payment
- Customer makes payment
- Goods are shipped
Note: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes in the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer
EU VAT Registered Customers
Customers based in the EU that are VAT registered should contact us to enable VAT exemption on their account. This will waive any VAT due on the items that you purchase through the site

We test each Type-H vacuum to order so you receive the FULL 6 months of DOP certification dated from despatch, not a pre-dated certificate. This ensures maximum compliance time
Can I track my delivery?
Yes, all courier deliveries include full tracking. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order is despatched
What if I need Saturday delivery or a specific time?
For specific timed delivery requirements, please call us on 0800 756 1331 - if we can accommodate your request we will do so but this isn't guaranteed to be the case
